With over 20 years of experience, Lakisha Sarbah is a visionary business strategist who envisions, defines, plans, and executes effective strategies to drive business performance improvements and solutions for her clients. Lakisha is an entrepreneur, skilled business strategist and mastermind facilitor to over 20+ individuals. She leverages her strong communication and training skills to articulate and gain buy-in to achieve shared goals.

In 2009, Lakisha left her corporate career as director of training and development of 16 plus years due to stress and axeity. During that same year, she launched her first business, Uniquely Coordinated, LLC, a virtual support business, located in Atlanta, Georgia that provides administrative support, telephone answering and social media management services for start-ups and small to medium-sized businesses and solo-entrepreneurs. Lakisha is responsible for the governance of business operations as related to business development in an effort to continuously foster economic growth through and sustainable business ventures.

In 2014, Lakisha launched her second business, Sarbah International, LLC the parent company for her signtaure Business Strategy and Consulting Services, Fearless Fabulous & Free Mastermind Groups and My Small Business Acadamy all catering to women entrepreneurs. Lakisha consults, mentors and trains women starting new online businesses and those that have been in business five years or less on mindset, business development, strategic planning and business operations. Lakisha Sarbah has consistently created, organized, marketed, and facilitated numerous business development webinars, seminars and training workshops throughout the nation.

When Lakisha is not managing her flourishing businesses, training entrepreneurs or facilitaing one of her many mastermind groups, she enjoys traveling with her family.
