Title Seeking products for the 95th Annual MISS AMERICA Pageant Swag Bags
Query Black Diamond PR Firm is the exclusive Product Placement Authority & Swag Bag provider for this year's Miss America Pageant & Competition. We are looking for unique, fresh, and trendy products to fill this year's swag bags. The gift bags will be presented to the ladies the day they arrive for competition. We must fill 52 Swag Bags so that each of the ladies receives one. We are seeking smaller items as as: *Powder Bags or Clutches/Small handbags *Nail Polish *Hair Accessories *Cosmetics *Jewelry Items (Prefer handmade/artisan) *Small Soaps or Candle melts/samples *Personalized Pens for their Autograph sessions *Small novelty items (wine glass charms, etc) If you have a larger product, not suitable for the smaller gift bags, please contact us anyway, your item may be appropriate for the 2 larger bags we are putting together for the Outgoing Miss America & the Incoming Miss America. We will be filling 52 small bags and 2 large bags. Anyone wanting to send product for the Miss America Swag Bags will also need to send 3 media samples. These media samples will be photographed and used to promote your product and participation in this event. Companies donating items will receive the following: *Social Media Shoutouts detailing your company's participation in the event, and the products you sent, along with photos & link to your company website. *Possible photos of the contestants with your products. *Permission to promote your involvement in this Gifting Event. *Assistance with Press Release & Distribution if you need it. *Complimentary Listing of your company on our website *Photo of your products in the Post-Event Page of our website for the Miss America Event. Our company is THE only pathway to getting your products in these Swag Bags for the Pageant!
Requirements Because we understand you may not be able to send 52 products plus 3 media samples, we will accept products in the following increments: 10 products + 3 media samples 25 products + 3 media samples 52 products + 3 media samples We encourage interested businesses to choose which options best meets their ability and hope you can send as much product as possible. Gift Certificates may also be accepted. Please email us and tell us what type of product you have. You MUST include product photo or link to the specific product in your message. Products must be received at our Texas processing center for processing no later than August 5th. We will be with you each step of the way as far as communication!
