As a hypothetical case study, can you explain why a New Jersey-based craft beer bar should consider implementing social WiFi, how they should do it (what steps/strategies/software/hardware do you recommend), and what results they can likely expect? What can they expect to pay to launch it and use it regularly?
6. How does a company get started with launching social WiFi? What resources/providers/software/hardware do they need? What should they look for in a service provider? What timetable should they follow, and how should they announce/promote the rollout to customers?
7. For social experts: why is social WiFi worth it? How can it be a “win-win” for companies and their customers? Is it a fad or here to stay and why? And how will it change/evolve in the coming years?
