We are new hospitality magazine that focuses on recognizing creative, passionate, and talented people who work in all avenues of the hospitality, event, and travel industries. We know that people in the industry work extremely hard to create an experience for someone else and that says a lot about you. We believe you deserve recognition for all that you've done. We are looking for people globally not just in the USA :)
We have 6 sections of the magazine and currently we are looking for the following:5* Staff ( NON MANAGERIAL hospitality staff) These people hardly ever get public recognition- could be a former employee of the month or someone in general who is an amazing asset to your hospitality business. Please reach out for criteria .Kitchen - Looking for a chef who specializes in plant based creations (vegetarian/vegan) that can give us a brief (3 short paragraphs) explanation of how they started in the industry, how their life and kitchen experiences shape their plant based style of cooking, and explanation of what keeps them motivated and passionate in the industry. Will also need a recipe they are willing to share with a picture. (Please note we are looking for someone who is active in a restaurant kitchen, does high quality catering, or is a private chef). Bar-Looking for a Tea Sommelier/Master who can give us 10, 1 sentence facts, on either Tea Flavors from different parts of the world, How to pair Tea with Food, or general tea information that most people don't know. News- If you have just launched a product or have recently started a project that is benefiting the innovation of the hospitality industry, I'd like to learn more to see if it might fit with the magazine.
