Writitng an article on telemedicine.

I'd like to hear from people who have used it. What was your experience? Why did you go with a remote physician experience? Was it for you or one of your family members? Which Doctor did you visit with? What telemedicine service did they use (if you know)? Would you do use it again? What would you do differently?
