AN OPEN DOOR POLICY – WITH SAFETY MEASURES BUILT IN: HOW TO BETTER SAFEGUARD YOUR HOME DURING OPEN HOUSES AND PRIVATE SHOWINGS. This piece would investigate the risks homeowners and their agents face when hosting open houses and private showings and explore ways to improve safety and security for the residence and its occupants and possessions. If so, what did you do to resolve those concerns? What related tips can you provide to other sellers so they can better secure/protect their property and occupants while a home is listed for sale?
