I am proposing an article to the New York Times titled "Never Start Your E-mails With 'I Hope You Are Well”
Most of us are unable to jump into an e-mail without a lame greeting.
Why do we do this?
I’m looking for people who have strong feelings about this as well as psychologists and Internet etiquette experts.
