I am currently working on a Fresh Start project to take place on The Neat Things in Life. Items I am looking to feature include kitchen gadgets, bathroom products and decor.

You can find a little bit about my situation and about the project below.

Back Story: Everyone has a story, mine is a hard one to tell, but I came out above. After 19 years I am starting fresh with my 17-year-old daughter. About 5 years ago things got bad for the both of us. Her father was extremely abusive to me mentally, physically and sexually. On May 8th, 2018 I had the courage to walk away for good. This left my daughter and I 800 miles from where we called home for most of her 17 years. We ended up staying with my parents, we shared a bedroom with our dog and cat. Well, I never thought I would make it to where I am now.

On December 4th, 2018 I was able to sign a lease on a townhouse and now my daughter and I can start the healing process. We left with only the things we could fit in our car. So to hit 2019 off I am going to do the Fresh Start project. I am looking to include items that are perfect for a fresh start.

The Fresh Start Project will take place on my site theneatthingsinlife.com and I will be posting products that are perfect for those in my situation starting fresh from Jan 1 - 31 2019.
I am excited for a new life, new beginning and fresh start.
