My name is Matthew Danese and I am working on a website re-design for a real estate home buying book titled Finding the Uncommon Deal by Adam Leitman Bailey (findingtheuncommondeal.com). We are looking for content to add to our online library of real estate advice from experts across the country hoping to assist first time homebuyers. If you would like to contribute a quick blog post about home buying (first time homebuying mistakes, closing costs, mortgages, investments, home inspections, renting vs. buying, home flipping, general home buying stories, etc.) that would be incredible and would help push us toward our goal of creating the ultimate home buying library.
