Laura Huckabee-Jennings is a seasoned international executive coach with over 20 years’ experience in building businesses in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the US. Laura has held management roles with global corporations such as Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble, as well as technology start-ups and London-based consulting firm InterMatrix.

Laura brings a top-level strategic vision to corporate, executive and organizational development, from early business model definition through product line extensions, strategic partnering, leadership skill-building, high-performance team building and geographic expansion. She brings the experience of managing large organizations and budgets through cultural and market changes, and leverages that experience to create long-term sustainable business plans, high-level executive leadership skills, business processes and partnerships to create profitable growth.

She leads Transcend to provide impartial executive coaching and specific business-issue training and consulting to entrepreneurs, business executives and leaders to grow revenue and profits quickly and sustainably.

Laura’s education includes an undergraduate degree in physical chemistry from Princeton University, a Masters in Comparative Culture/International Business from Sophia (Jochi) University in Tokyo and an MBA from INSEAD in France. Having spent 6 years living in Japan and 7 years living in various countries in Europe, she is fluent in Japanese and has a working knowledge of French. Her coach training and certification includes Coach Training Institute work in Co-Active Coaching and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching’s (iPEC’s) groundbreaking Energy Leadership development program. She is a certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and a Professional Executive Coach.
