Dot started teaching music at the age of 14. Directing choirs and musical numbers led her to
singing professionally at age fifteen. At Brigham Young University, she earned a Bachelor of
Arts in Theatre Arts Education, a Minor in Media Music Composition and Educational
Psychology, and a Teaching Certificate.
During the last two decades of performing professionally, teaching voice and testing her system,
this esteemed Vocal Empowerment Coach (Universal, Sony, MTV, Idol etc.) developed
C.O.R.E. Vocal Power™, an individualized vocal mastery system for adults and children that
combines the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of vocal expression.
Dot uses her C.O.R.E. Vocal Power™ System to help Speakers, Actors and Singers feel
connected, present, and confident. They gain mastery over their instrument through learning
dynamic voice exercises targeted to the individual, along with powerful breathing techniques,
vocal toning, sound healing and integrative tools that increase mental clarity and promote
health and emotional well-being. Benefits from Workshops and Private Instruction also include
freedom from anxiety, vocal repair and damage prevention, command over pitch and tone, vocal
power, physical coordination, correction of accents and speech impediments, ability to
improvise (vocal freedom), authentic vocal expression, improved listening skills, and stage
presence.
Dot’s genuine interest in people and natural intuitive ability has led her to achieve great success
as a Leading-Edge Vocal Expert with an emphasis on Mind-Soul-Body Awareness. Her
powerful C.O.R.E. Vocal Power audio programs, interactive books and videos are designed to
