Tina Montgomery was crowned Miss Virginia International 2008 and placed in the top ten at Miss International that same year. As a dual citizen she grew up with a passion for political participation and she turned that enthusiasm into her platform: Your Voice, Your Vote! She believes that voting is crucial to the preservation of democracy, and it is our duty as citizens to vote and volunteer. Her platform and community service have taken her all over, including the White House and MTV. Tina graduated from George Mason University with a degree in International Politics and a lifelong sisterhood in Alpha Omicron Pi. She currently resides in Vienna, Virginia where she works as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton by day, and cheers on the Washington Nationals baseball team by night as a member of the Nat Pack Spirit Squad.
