Robbi Firestone creates Spirit Capture Oil Portraits that portray your physical image while focusing on your inner beauty.
Within Robbi’s expressive, vivid artwork, she creates an intuitive, calligraphic Spirit Capture Letter, in which she scripts "the Divine Beauty I See in You.”
Her subjects include Grammy award-winning bluesman Keb’ Mo,’ Bart Millard, the lead singer of MercyMe, and Michael Murphy, a co-founder of the Esalen Institute, a spiritual and educational retreat center in Big Sur, CA.
Discovering the spiritual techniques that guide her life, as well as her portraits, has been a worldwide experience. She learned about throwing bones – a technique for reading health prospects -- from a Zulu medicine man, met with holistic-healing advocate and spiritualist Deepak Chopra, and is a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner (RScP) and Reiki Practitioner.
Firestone’s philanthropic efforts include roles as featured speaker or emcee for organizations such as the Institute of Noetic Sciences, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Friends of the Children, and Women Helping Women. To acknowledge the gifts Firestone uses in her work, she commits more than 10 percent of her earnings to philanthropic causes.
