Passionate about inspirational communication and coaching, Dr. Sheila Cornea founded gutsy grace resources to encourage emerging leaders to maximize their potential and engage their influence by equipping them with personal and professional development resources. With experience as an educator, non-profit executive, and ministry leader, Sheila discovered that many people have great ideas and big dreams, but lack the ability to drive them to success. Her mission as a Vision Strategist is to empower others to transform their passion into progress.

In addition to conducting leadership seminars, organizational consulting, and team-building workshops, Sheila enjoys one-on-one coaching of emerging leaders and influencers.
