Ann is the author of, "No More Secs! Living, Laughing & Loving Despite Multiple Sclerosis" and "Catch That Look: Living, Laughing & Loving Despite Triple-Negative Breast Cancer." Soon after completing the manuscript about thriving in the face of MS, she was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer. If that was a test of her "living, laughing, and loving despite" philosophy, the philosophy won out. Life's no bed of roses. It takes a fierce amount of determination, a dash of stubbornness, and a well-developed sense of humor to persevere. Life is what you make it, a message Ann loves to share.

Happy to have made it to middle age, Ann relishes the thought of growing older and wiser.
