In our career coaching practice we help managers and directors find new roles following redundancy. As part of this service we provide expert support on CV writing, networking, interviews, assessment centres, psychometrics.

Prior to establishing this business I was the HR Director for a FTSE 250 company and therefore understand the challenges and complexities of business life. Since starting my own business I have completed a Masters Degree in Coaching & Mentoring
