Laura DiPersia, owner/founder of Blossom Consulting, LLC located in Clayton, North Carolina has been successful in non-profit and for-profit management and operations for over ten years. Throughout her career Laura has been recognized for increasing employee satisfaction, developing high performing teams, reducing company liabilities, raising the quality of service delivery, and increasing customer satisfaction. Her passion for helping employers increase performance by improving employee morale and creating efficient processes has been the driving force behind her leadership approach and successful outcomes. Most recently, Laura has taken this same passion for helping organizations succeed into the fields of education and employability as an instructor at Johnston Community College and professional Career Coach.

With a personal focus on education and life-long learning, Laura has obtained a Masters of Human Resources degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL as well as dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Miami. In 2009, she received her certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Rollins College Crummer School of Business in Winter Park, FL. She is an active volunteer at Johnston Health and a board member for the Boys & Girls Club of Smithfield-Selma.

Laura is eager to continue serving organizations and individuals and helping them understand the immense value derived from assessing where you are versus where you want to be, setting a clear direction to get there, and having someone to help you on the journey.
