Marcie Lovett, Professional Organizer and Productivity Consultant, is the founder of Organized by Marcie. With a background in education and psychology, Marcie helps residential and business clients make the tough decisions about what to keep and what to let go. She coaches clients on the subjects of time management and goal setting and offers seminars and training for businesses, schools, clubs and groups. Marcie blogs and tweets about organizing and is the author of The Clutter Book: When You Can’t Let Go.

Marcie is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). Prior to starting her own business, she had many years of experience assisting people with their organizational needs at home and in healthcare, finance and non-profit organizations.

Marcie is a graduate of the University of Maryland, School of Education, and attended Pepperdine University for graduate work in Business Administration.

Marcie’s personal and professional mission is to assist people who want to remove clutter and chaos from around themselves and to motivate them to take action to improve the quality of their lives. She helps people save time and money by letting go of what they don’t need and finding room for what they value.
