CB Bowman, CEO of Executive Leadership, LLC and the Executive Director for the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (www.acec-website.org) is a Certified Master Coach and a Certified Master Corporate Executive Coach. She is one of only a hand full of African American female executive coaches – one could say that one of her specialties is crossing the corporate color line.

With her Fortune 500 business background, laser like precision, and a take no prisoners approach she swiftly narrows in on the issue, and unlike others, she presents financially sound, creative and action oriented solutions with infinite possibilities.

In the early 1990s, Bowman built upon both her undergraduate studies in psychology from The New School and her MBA in Marketing from Pace University. She blended her knowledge and experience and transitioned into human capital management.

Bowman became Vice President, Senior Counselor with a major outplacement and executive coaching firm. She became certified in leadership and personality assessments and began her journey in Executive Coaching. In the late 1990s, Bowman opened her own firm, EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP, LLC, where her approach has a transforming impact and produces practical business results. Her goal is to unleash clients' vision, creativity, and leadership skills.

Along with managing Executive Leadership, LLC, Bowman teaches classes in corporate leadership at Rutgers University.
