The firm provides consulting services on employee relations issues including drafting employment agreements, Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, employee handbook reviews, and strategies to prevent post-termination lawsuits.

Dahman Law also offers practical legal advice, strategic counsel, and peace of mind you would receive from an in-house general counsel, without the expense of adding a permanent member to your management team. The firm uses its large firm experience to find creative solutions to legal issues — solutions that facilitate your business goals, rather than detracting from them.
The firm is serious about aligning its interest with the client's best interest. That is why its services are handled on predetermined, project-based fee arrangements. Dahman Law's legal fees will be predictable and provide tremendous value.

So although Dahman Law could provide services on an hourly basis for about half the comparable rate of large firms, the firm offers its clients creative billing structures that free them from the pressures of hourly billing and surprisingly high legal bills.
