Jessie Hansell (@jessiehansell) is an Indianapolis native and a proud graduate of Indiana University where she studied journalism and marketing. She started her career in independent publishing four years ago and has since gained experience in both corporate marketing and client-side promotion. Her specialties include social media and web content development.

Meeting new people and learning about diverse topics are Jessie’s favorite parts of her job. She loves seeing authors‘ book marketing goals come to life. Her work is important to her on a personal level as an aspiring author herself.

Outside of work, Jessie loves working on her own manuscripts, spending time with her dogs, visiting the mountains, playing board games and treasure hunting at library sales. Reading, writing and social media are major parts of her personal life, and she brings her passion for all three to the office with her every day.
