Lawrence-Ray Concepts (LRC) is a hair maintenance product company created by celebrity hairstylist and makeup artist Lawrence Ray Parker II in 2004.

Throughout his 20-year career as a cosmetologist and hair educator, Ray was consistently asked by his multicultural clientele where they could find chemical-free, non-toxic, biodegradable and hypoallergenic products with essential nutrients for healthy hair growth and maintenance. He got the same inquiry from stylists in top salons around the world.

It became increasingly apparent to Ray that consumers are knowledgeable and strongly desire natural-ingredient hair products that provide radiant shine, bounce and behavior.

Based on previous product development experience, Ray was aware that hair products are created to be ethnic-based. He explored the market, but found no specific line that offered a full answer to the need for multicultural healthy hair products.

He became inspired to find a solution and, after much experimentation, created the Mega Bounce and Body Hair Care system™ - a foundation hair maintenance system for nourishment and treatment of the scalp and hair of all textures.

These products have exceeded his expectations in providing outstanding results to a cross-cultural client base – including restoring damaged hair, stimulating growth, preventing dandruff, providing anti-static protection and an anti-fungal environment.

Plus LRC products dump no toxins and chemicals into the body or the water supply. Healthier ingredients mean an end to daily exposure to the irritating and harmful chemicals found in most hair products such as parabens, mineral oil, hydantoin DMDM and propylene glycol.
