Ms. Jackson, a native of Memphis, TN, has lived in and worked in the Houston, TX area since 2002. After spending several years in the IT industry, she decided that her calling was to help others on a more personal level. She received her Master’s in Psychology from Houston Baptist University in 2008. Ms. Jackson is fully licensed as a Professional Counselor and Sex Offender Treatment Provider and has vast knowledge and insight into the managed care industry.
