Toni Henderson-Mayers is a sought after speaker/author with over 25 years of experience, whose message encourages us to build better business and personal relationships and to look for passion in our lives.

Toni is the owner of Alphabet Theatre Workshop, which performs dramatic readings of almost anything from children's stories to The Bible. She was also the past radio personality for 91.9 FM, WNTI and AM 1430, WNJR, New Jersey, "The Job Alternative” podcast which is accessible from iTunes and has performed in many off-Broadway productions, industrials, commercials, student films and showcases.

Her Master’s studies started in Counseling Psychology and continued with a Master’s in Christian Counseling and a Master’s degree in Management & Leadership. She is well educated, but declares her greatest achievement was finding out what she was designed to do and having the guts to pursue it. This statement may not seem much to some, but when you consider that Toni had no specific mentor to speak of, no particular road map to follow, her accomplishments are quite impressive. "My success is all due to GOD, tapping into what He has called me to do and following that path with blind obedience."

Toni is a member of the National Speakers Association, International Speakers Network, American Association of Christian Counselors and dedicates her time to helping others establish great business and personal relationships in their lives.

Toni Henderson-Mayers is the co-author of the book, “One Great Idea” and a contributing writer to the book “Share and Grow Rich”. She also writes for “Hiring Now” magazine and is the author of the book “Wise Courtship” which is the first book of an ongoing relationship book, audio and video series.​​ This book has taken her on personal tours, conferences, radio & TV appearances and landed guest expert spots across the country.

In addition to TV, radio and guest appearances, Toni enjoys speaking encouragement to those who really need a message of hope.
