Ralston Brown is the Director of Operations. A native of Oakland, CA, he graduated from St Mary’s College in Moraga, CA with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics. Prior to joining Farber & Company and entering the world of California Workers’ Compensation, Mr. Brown worked in various local and regional Human Resources positions with Oracle Arena & O.co Coliseum, New United Motors Inc. (NUMMI), and GameStop. In addition to his work experience, Ralston has also owned and operated a successful insurance agency and a microbrewery. Mr. Brown has volunteered with Oakland schools, acting as principal for a day and taking part in a reading program for the kids. He has two adult children, who make him proud with their accomplishments. As a certified Brewmaster, Ralston still enjoys brewing and cooking in his spare time.
