After exiting my software company and retiring before the age of 35, I decided to focus on what I love and my lifelong passion: helping others succeed! I cofounded BGBO Co, a business consulting company that helps business owners achieve their biggest goals and overcome their biggest challenges. There were so many times in business when I said, “If only I had somebody I could ask with experience in this…”. I want to help businesses that are running into those obstacles and get them to their goal(s) faster.

Along with BGBO Co., I am the CEO & founder of HeartMindSoul+Me, a company that brings together products that inspire people to feel and do good. Some of the best and worst times in my life came from running a business, and I felt the benefits of having positive and inspirational items around me. I have created a way to share those products that have inspired me over the years.

As a part of my personal mission to give back to my community and help others succeed, I give back to many local nonprofits. In 2018, I was asked to be the director of 100 Girls of Code, a nonprofit that empowers girls to go into STEM and something I am very passionate about. When I was in my engineering classes, I was often the only female in the class and I want to help close the gender gap in STEM.

As a speaker, I captivate audiences with my straightforward and no-nonsense approach to success…all while wearing my stiletto heels, of course. My topics include: media, innovation, sales, and entrepreneurship. I have a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University in both construction engineering technology, and business management and entrepreneurship. I also obtained a master’s degree in mathematics, science, and technology education from the University of San Diego.

I am not only a speaker; I am a wife and a mother. I love to share my passion for traveling, cooking, and exploring new things with my family by my side. Traveling with an infant/toddler and a hungry husband has allowed me to learn a lot about life while working. With my personal experiences, I want to share my tips and tricks on traveling, cooking, and exploring…from my family to yours.
