I have 19 years of communications experience, which has involved the development and implementation of a wide range of external and internal campaigns and programs.
Specific to employee communications, I've worked to counsel my clients' executives and support their communications teams. For my Xerox client, the team’s challenge was to help key senior executives better communicate the company’s sales team transformation. I helped develop executive messaging, newsletter articles as well as build and launch the sales team’s SharePoint site. I've continued to support the transformation by developing a historical view through a case study, executive video talking points, increasing the usage of its Yammer group and designing an infographic.
I’m also well versed in planning, managing and executing public relations campaigns for business-to-business and consumer clients including, Xerox Corporation, Lenovo, BlackBerry, IBM, ViewSonic, and eBay. I have developed thought leadership and customer programs that have helped to tell my clients' stories in compelling fashion and evolve brand perceptions. I’ve also participated in communicating acquisition news, IPO ventures and other corporate communication initiatives through: executive/press interviews with business, technology, and vertical outlets; solution and customer announcements; survey development; and use of social channels, including blogging, Twitter and Facebook. I've also provided community management, from developing content calendars and crafting messages, to engaging with influencers.
