I can remember vividly the times when I worked in corporate America and was told by upper management that we had to take time to have "balance" in our life so as not to get overstressed. And then the next day, hypocritically being given tasks that were impossible to accomplish by the deadline.

I believe that what defines me as a hypnotist and "change" expert is that I practice what I preach.

I use the same tools that I teach my clients to get to where I want to go and to feel how I want to feel. I use self-hypnosis and emotional mastery techniques daily.

Prior to becoming a hypnotist in the Seattle area, I was a manager for Fedex Express. I was sick, had back pain, and on anti-depressants for years. The stresses of life were literally killing me.

I caught every cold, flu or infection and felt stuck in a place in life where I felt there was no way out. Alcohol was my medication of choice.

These days I'm pain-free and reliving my fearless youth with more energy than I had in my 20's! This happened through the process that I want to take you through in-person, in my office or on the phone.

I have 2 young boys that I love to play games and sports with. On any given off day, you might find me at the gym, hiking, travelling, networking, creating, or any other sort of adventure I can dream up.
