Doris Dike is a healthcare attorney practicing in the areas of Health Law and Healthcare Compliance. She represents clients in many facets of the law including regulatory compliance, contracts, health care operation audits and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) oversight.

She has developed and managed compliance programs that address government and industry requirements. She has years of experience advising clients on many healthcare topics including risk assessments, healthcare business law, healthcare employment law, Medicare and Medicaid law, the False Claims Act, the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.

Serving as an executive-level advisor in the home health industry for many years, Doris has extensive experience interpreting complex policies and educating corporate leadership on compliance requirements. She oversaw compliance of many company locations across multiple states reviewing business association agreements, nurse practitioner agreements, hospice and private duty contracts and new contract proposals from private payers.

She received her Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association Health Law Section, the Dallas Bar Association Health Law Section and the American Health Lawyers Association.

She resides in Collin County, Texas with her husband, who is a physician and their four children. She is also the sister of two physicians
