Jorge Ruiz - El Negro
Jorge Ruiz , better known as Negrosparty, the guy that wants to do absolutely nothing and get a nice check every week. He believe we should all stride to live very confortable lives. At a young age, Jorge moved around tremendously from living in Lynn, Massachusetts to moving to Cleveland, Ohio to Weehawken, New Jersey. Those were just a few stops that were made in the United States. In 1999 or 2000, his mother made the decision to move to the Dominican Republic, place that would shape him into the hard working and passionate person he is today. In the years he live in the Dominican Republic, he remembers the values of appreciating others, working hard for what you want, and "el coro". El coro, Spanish term for hanging out, became important to Jorge because of the happiness it would bring to everyone around it. As a result very early in age, Jorge decided that he was going to do what made him happy.

In 2004, he moved back to the United States in West New York, New Jersey where later on he would be nickname El Negro. Surprisingly, he was not a big fan of the name when he first received it from one of his friends, he believes it was Duanny. After a few girls started calling him Negro things quickly changed and he embraced it like it was his full government name. A large amount of people do not know that his real name is Jorge Luis Ruiz Jr. Living in West New York reenforced the values of hard work with a new word to him, hustle. This word became important because of the struggle he saw his mother go through after moving to the United States and he said " Hustling is about doing everything possible and impossible to achieve a goal you want to get in life. Doing what is needed and a lot more to get what you want".

Some might believe that the language was an issue for Negro once he came back from the Dominican Republic but it was actually good enough to be placed in regular classes, but he chose to stay in the bilingual class since he had already meet and formed friendships with the students there. He has always valued those friendship that he made when he came back from the Dominican Republic because those are his real childhood friends. All the moving around never allowed him to have friends of large amount of years. They refer to themselves as La Real Sociedad (The Real Society) and is basically a group of guys that motivate, guide and help each other reach their goals.

Throughout his college years he pledged for Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Inc. and this was the start of the passion for event planning. On of the qualities he has is his competitive drive and loves to brag; if he admits it or not. As a result, he was a great President of the organization leading it to multiple awards. He also became a club promoter and developed a quick interested in hosting events and event planning. In addition to having his first radio show with Rory called DGIT ( Don't Get It Twisted) which later lead him to have Your Girlfriends Trending Topic on TumbaRadio.com along with Jay, Crispin and DJ NotaLoka.

In between those two radio shows he did a mentorship with AJ El Kallejero that helped him a lot with understanding of articles that bring views, commercial recording , promotions etc. This experience lead him to have a great passion for music, dissecting lyrics, radio and interviews. He has interviews people such as:

Luis Fonsi
Gente De Zona
Nicky Jam
Farruko
Becky G
Amara La Negra
Tali
and more
Before accomplishing all these great interview with such prestigious artist, Negro was a Bilingual teacher in Newark. In his time as a teacher he learned a lot about himself with the kids he worked with. On Thursdays, they would have icebreaker games. He was a strong believer that these are the types of games that lead to conversation that develop kids to become great. In one of the games, they had to out loud say what was their dream was. Obviously, when dealing with a bunch of 6th, 7th and 8th graders the games doesn't always go smooth. But he remembers one of the kids saying "Its easy for you to say your dream out loud, you re already a teacher" and for the first time ever Jorge said "Funny thing is my dream is to be on the radio one day". Few months after, the opportunity to work for the Spanish Broadcasting System came up and we have El Que Te Lo Hace A Lo Oscuro, Negro.

Moreover, Jorge believes in sending a message of hope to everyone in the world. Believes that everything you want to achieve in life is possible and no dream is too big to achieve. Thank you and welcome
