Founder and President of All In Aviation, Paul Sallach was raised in Alberta and Vancouver, Canada, and later attended high school in Erie, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of North Dakota, the leading aviation university in the world, where he met his wife Lindsay, who is also a pilot, flight instructor and co-owner of All In Aviation.

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Aviation, Sallach began his career at Cirrus Aircraft in 2004, where he worked in sales and marketing and also as a flight instructor teaching new aircraft owners how to safely operate their plane. In 2009, Sallach relocated to Las Vegas to work for Lone Mountain Aircraft, specializing in pre-owned Cirrus sales. After seven years of clients requesting him to offer plane rentals and flight instruction, he launched All In Aviation in June of 2016.
As president of All In Aviation, the only Platinum Cirrus Training Center in Southern Nevada, Sallach manages business operations, functions as chief flight instructor and oversees the quality of instruction given to clients. Sallach has more than 12 years of experience in aircraft sales with more than 500 transactions, and over 6,000 hours of incident free flying. He is certified as an ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) and CFII (Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument).

Sallach says he enjoys the lifestyle of a pilot, where you can "go wherever you want, whenever you want, and fly in awesome airplanes." In his spare time, Sallach enjoys going to concerts, entertaining guests, golfing, running half-marathons and traveling in his Cirrus SR-22 with his family. Sallach lives in the Green Valley Ranch area of Henderson with his wife and two young children.
