About me:
I believe…
...people are often stronger than they think—physically, intellectually, and emotionally. Sometimes you have to fight for what you want, but it’s worth it.
...curiosity is power. Learning new things is good; knowing yourself is even better. Understand why you do the things you do (or don’t do). The world needs the real you, so find out what’s standing in your way.
...neither of these matter if you don’t take care of yourself. Better health starts with the choices you make every day—especially what you eat. Good fuel for your body and mind can mean the difference between surviving and thriving.
If you believe these things too, let’s connect. I’m interested in projects that help people get what they need to make the work and lifestyle choices that ultimately prevent frustration, illness, wasted time, and regret.
I'm also a serious reader, and I'd pick up just about any book on one of these topics: nutrition, habit change, health care, psychology, start-ups, workplace wellness, minimalism, decision-making, literacy, nontraditional education, Seth Godin, boxing training, self-assessment, grocery stores, fast food ingredients, mindfulness, underdogs, and second chances.
