As a productivity trainer and organizing specialist, with a Master of Education degree in Counseling and Human Services from Boston University, Denise has spent years speaking, training, consulting, and coaching on the topics of time management and effective work flow.
Denise is the president of Key Organization Systems, Inc. and the author of Destination: Organization, A Week by Week Journey. Her articles on productivity appear regularly in several magazines, and Denise has been interviewed as a source for many news features on ways to improve time management skills, including an appearance on the NBC Nightly News.
After spending several years working for the Department of Defense in Germany, she came to Texas and worked in the field of education. She then switched to corporate life where her responsibilities included establishing processes to cope with fast growth and employee turnover. In 2000, Denise turned her attention exclusively to the fields of time management and workforce productivity.
Audiences leave with the motivation to make changes right away--changes that will immediately increase productivity and reduce stress. They have processes for handling every paper and email message, techniques to set up an effective schedule and limit the interruptions that sabotage their best efforts, and the tools to maintain a good work/life balance.
Some of the comments after Denise's sessions include:
Internal Revenue Service: "Your presentation was so informative and we now have the tools and tips necessary to become a better organized group."
Texas Children's Hospital: "It's been one week today that I have been using your new system and I think you literally saved my life and career. This system works, and I have been so excited about it that I have told everyone who will listen."
SunTrust Banks: "Thank you so much for an excellent presentation at our annual conference! Our customers just left and got so much that they will actually use.
