Sue Adair is the Director of Quality Assurance for Goddard Systems, Inc. (GSI), the franchisor of Goddard Schools, which is the number one child care franchise company in the United States.

As an expert in early childhood development, Ms. Adair currently oversees teacher training and early childhood education programs for over 320 schools across the United States. In her 21-year career in early childhood education, Ms. Adair has taught multiple age groups ranging from infants to Kindergarten in both private and corporate child care settings.
