I am a Transfromational Coach, Writer and Spiritual Teacher. I am the author of the book, 'From Chaos to Calm: How to Shift Unhealthy Stress Patterns and Create Your Ideal Balance in Life', and the CD, 'Create What You Want in Your Life'.

I utilize a powerful combination of Spiritual Energy Awareness tools, Co-Active Coaching skills and Wellness Counseling to guide individuals to connect to their spiritual center, release blocks and limiting energy patterns in themselves and their life in order to create the life they want.

My background includes a BA in Psychology, a Certificate in Wellness Counseling and BodyMind Consciousness from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and several years of training in spiritual energy awareness, energy healing and energy reading through the Leyline Center for Spirituality.

After spending several years working for the Canadian Mental Health Association I started my own business facilitating workshops for corporations and the general public on topics such as Transforming Stress, Creating Balance, and Creating & Manifesting Your Hearts Desires.
