I have spent my career helping organizations grow and people blossom in a world transformed by technology and innovation. I am curious by nature, love a good story, and learning how and why businesses and people succeed and fail. My passion is figuring out how to connect the dots, specifically connecting the right people to the right businesses at the right time. That is what has kept me in the industry for so long and why I will hang my hat here.

Over the course of my career, I have been on both sides of the desk as an external recruiter and as an internal talent leader. The bulk of my career has been working organizations in hyper-growth mode or those in need of complete transformation, both needing the right talent at the right time. This has allowed me to offer a range of talent solutions while building a world-class, global network of talent second to none.

Today, I partner with PE/VC-firms, Series B and beyond start-ups to Fortune 100 clients. I help them hire change agents and visionary leaders to scale and/or transform their businesses. In my role, I often play executive coach and strategic advisor to both candidates and clients alike.
