Natalie Kohlhaas is an anxiety specialist, clinical therapist, counselor and seminar leader. With more than 25 yrs. of experience she has been published over eight times and interviewed in print, radio and on podcasts. She volunteers her time with the Georgia Counselors Licensing Board as well as local business. With a background deeply rooted in tradition, she has integrated her wide-ranging experience into a program of psychological development and integrative mental health to include specialize services in Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting and CBT. Her training with David Grand, and in Clinical Hypnotherapy has helped to shift the emotional residue of many clients and therapists. Not only has she has worked within the groundbreaking DID therapeutic community and the Brainspotting Community helping to train those who are currently addressing sever anxiety clients; her education has also included an internship with the Atlanta Anxiety Institute of Atlanta, multiple board member positions and speaking opportunities. Natalie has not only worked to train individuals, therapists, and family, but she has also worked with hospitals, Department of Family and Children Services, Charter Peachford Hospital in Atlanta, and the National Institute of Mental Health to formulate studies and procedures for of those who are in need.

With a background deeply rooted in tradition, she has integrated her wide-ranging experience into a program of psychological development and integrative mental health. Her working evidence-based model is founded not only on brain-based information but incorporates a nutritional and healthy lifestyle element where the mind, body, and spirit are addressed and released into their ability to heal, finding their place to exist within and without.
