Melina is an advisor and thought leader on a mission to change the way we work. After 10 years climbing to the top of the corporate ladder in male-dominated environments, she left it all to lead a more fulfilling life and help companies create more inclusive and equitable environments for their employees. Fueled by data, she believes there is a better way to work, and speaks and writes frequently on the topics of quitting, workplace equality, and gender.
She is a proud Latina and is passionate about cross-cultural exchange. She speaks 4 languages and holds degrees from Yale University (BA) , the London School of Economics (MSc), and Sciences-Po Paris (MSc).
She has been quoted in the Economist, Washington Post, WSJ, NYT, LA Times, and in several real estate trade publications.
