For most of the last 25 years Amie has cycled between strategy and organizational change
consulting, executive coaching and several multi-year stints in executive roles.
While a partner in Framework Consulting she led strategy engagements with such organizations as Honeywell, the Jamaica Bobsleigh Team, The Tampa Bay Lightning, Grace Foods and Wray and Nephew.

Later, after leaving Framework she continued to provide strategy consulting and executive coaching. Some of those clients were The Boeing Company, The Inter-American Development Bank and Bayer AG.

From 2009-2012 Amie was the US CEO of RingGo. RingGo is the premier mobile payment service for the United Kingdom and several parts of Europe.

RingGo—which was a private, debt-free company—pulled out of the US market in 2014 rather raise venture funds to expand further in the North American market.

Currently, Amie is the founder and President of Beyond Better, which provides strategy consulting, executive coaching and the Leaders Lab Tech Leader Mastermind to VC-funded, high-growth technology start-ups. Clients range from Series A, under 100 start-ups through those that are raising C and D series, and coaching and Leaders Lab clients range from early stage to executives in global tech giants.

She is a member of Forbes Coaches Council and is on the advisory board of Sharakpur Public
Governance Consulting, the Florida-Israel Business Accelerator, the Pacific Coast Fund, and several other accelerators and non-profits, and is a frequent contributor to multiple publications. Her newsletter goes out to 13,000 technology leaders biweekly, and her book Powered by Principle: Using Core Values to Build World-Class Organizations is available worldwide in several editions.
