With a commitment to building community and making an impact, Tiffany has dedicated over 20 years to work in the nonprofit sector. Tiffany's experiences in development, volunteer coordination, and event production has connected her with diverse populations and meaningful missions. She has supported several organizations including the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), the Lung Cancer Research Foundation (LCRF), Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep, Women's Alzheimer's Association, the Be the Match Foundation, Girl Up, and Save the Children.

Empathy and compassion are the through lines of each organization Tiffany has been part of and she embodies these values through her work within kindness concierge. She strives to change how we talk about and prepare people for loss and grieve, along with how we support each other through loss and challenges.

She knows grief intimately and how hard navigating loss can be, after losing her mom in 2017 to lung cancer, just two short months after her diagnosis. Moved by the beautiful ways her friends and family showed up for her, she knows the power of being seen, supported, and loved through a hard time. Tiffany also recognizes that it can be intimidating for loved ones to find the kind acts that show they care. She created kindness concierge to offer support and guidance to those who might be feeling trepidation, fear doing the wrong thing, or feel stuck when seeking ways to support someone who is grieving.

Nurturing relationships is at the core of who Tiffany is and the works she does and kindness concierge is an extension of this. Her goal is to help empower friends and family who want to show support in authentic ways to find the gift or act that does just that.
