Lucas is the CEO of the largest remote oriented recruitment platform in the Netherlands. He started off as a talent acquisition specialist who became aware of a gap in the recruitment industry, COVID showed him that there was no credible recruitment platform catering to employees that wished to work remotely. One thing led to another and he decided his skills would be best utilized in bridging this gap, helping talent find the right companies that offer the right levels of flexibility.
