Dave Morris is an industry thought leader and expert in the technological transformation of the Publishing Industry with its transition to digital printing, print on demand and digital media devices like the Apple iPad and Amazon Kindle. Mr. Morris is the veteran of several successful software companies, including Raptor Systems, which had its initial public offering in 1998. After an 18-year career in technology sales and sales management which included running a $250M sales organization for Cisco Systems, Mr. Morris founded New Year Publishing, a fast growing independent book publisher. Today New Year Publishing has more than 50 active titles in its executive press, children’s press and digital media divisions, along with a professional speaker’s bureau. The NYP Foundation, created in 2010 by Mr. Morris and his wife, supports children’s causes worldwide. He is the father of three daughters, an avid golfer and a member of The Olympic Club Ski & Snowboard Team. Mr. Morris splits his time between Danville and Olympic Valley, California.
