Nicholas Fok is Venture Partner at Erez Capital, a leading early-stage venture capital firm focused on transformative technologies in fintech, AI and healthcare. At Erez, Nicholas is actively involved in sourcing, evaluating and supporting portfolio companies. He brings deep domain expertise to founders, drawing on over two decades of experience in institutional investing and quantitative strategy. He also serves on the board of several high-growth fintech and AI startups, advising on strategy and scaling.

Prior to his venture work, Nicholas founded and successfully exited Duli Capital, a successful ecommerce company built on advanced analytics, dynamic pricing, and AI-driven optimization. He now applies his entrepreneurial insights to backing the next generation of fintech innovators. Before launching Duli, Nicholas was Director of Global Portfolio Strategy at Liberty Mutual Investments, where he built the investment strategy and capital allocation framework for the firm's investment portfolio. Earlier in his career, Nicholas held portfolio manager and investment roles at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) and FrontPoint Partners.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Master’s in Financial Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
