Chia Seeds... Fit for Your Little Warriors!


I've got a question for you. Have you and your kids tried Chia Seeds yet? If not, you guys are missing out on one of the world's true wonder foods!

I can remember a few years back when chia seeds were an anomaly to me. I'd pass by them in Earth Fare, breeze by them when shopping and then decided to find out what all the rage was about. Now, I'm a raving fan!
