Thin from within

What’s the first three letters in the word “diet”?
That’ right, “die”, and that’s how most of us feel on a diet. I know I certainly have. And I’ve had enough diet experience to know!

I gained forty pounds dieting over a ten year period, lost it all using my own technique, which you’ll see in a minute, and I’ve kept it off over twenty-five years! You can, too, just by using your divine gift: imagination.

Why couldn’t I lose weight and keep it off? After all, I was successful in sales and business and other areas of my life. I exercised, ate healthy, or so I thought, but nothing worked. Then I decided; if God wants me this way, so be it. Maybe I was more comfortable to women around me, like a mom-figure. I didn’t know, but I was willing to love and accept my shape as it was.

Then a miracle happened! I woke up with the idea to think thin! I could use my imagination to create the weight I wanted, just like I created success in my work. But, in the same way I imagined my way to success in work, I had to be willing to let go; to relax and make it a game.

When I woke up in the morning, I would say to myself, “I feel a little bit thinner today.” And I actually felt thinner, too. Now, this is the tricky bit; I had to believe it with all my heart. That takes a childlike trust in magic, make-believe, pretend. If you can do that, this can work for you, too.

Getting up in the morning and saying, “I feel so fat!” was actually programming my subconscious to create more fat!! I learned that fitness is mental first and always. The rest will follow. It did for me and it will for you, too.

You don’t have to beat yourself up with diets, which don’t work over time anyway, or with intense exercise. If you use my technique of imagining you self thin, with all your senses and emotions, you’ll automatically eat the right foods for you, as I did. I actually needed to eat more, especially for breakfast. You’ll automatically do the right exercise for your body and personality. It will all fall into place if you simply keep thinking thin!

The most important piece is to remember who you really are, and that is a divine being. You are a beautiful, sparkling Soul and your loved ones love you for who you are, for the love and comfort that you give them, for the brilliant light in your eyes. They love you for you, and if you can see yourself as they see you, you will have the best beginning of all for greater health and inner peace with you and your body, too.
