Why Write PDF is better than PDF Expert or iAnnotate
It is a bold statement to make but WritePDF truly is better than PDF Expert or iAnnotate and we will happily prove it. No doubt you are saying "if it is better then how come I have not heard about it"? There are 650,000 apps on the app store and the vast majority of the top apps are set in stone and it is tough to break that strangle hold, that is why we are sending you this email - we are hoping you will be willing to do a review on WritePDF and prove the top apps are not always the best!
So why is it better than the others? Here is what differentiates WritePDF
• Seamless editing with PC or Mac PDF applications
If you start to edit a PDF on your iPad/iPhone using WritePDF and then you want to carry on using Adobe PDF or Preview on your Mac/PC - you simply transfer the PDF and pick up where you left off. Try doing that on the others?
• Inline Cloud PDF editing
Open Cloud server, tap on the document and edit it - that is the WritePDF way of doing it. You would need the rest of this email to be able to explain how you do the same thing with any of the other PDF editing/annotation apps on the store!
• Full keyword search on your entire PDF library without opening a single file
Okay, there is a degree of this in one or two apps but none of them display the search results as a tappable link that will open the PDF and take your straight to the page you want! That is a huge productivity feature that can save precious time in an ever increasingly busy day!
• Merge multiple different file formats into a single PDF
What if you wanted to combine a word file, excel spreadsheet and a keynote presentation into a single PDF and then annotate it? There is only one app that enables you to do that and that is WritePDF
• Build a new PDF document with advanced layout and content options.
What if you need to create a PDF from a photo and add objects, text or even a cover sheet to it and send it to a colleague?? WritePDF is the ONLY app that can do this, other apps need outside apps to do the PDF conversion first!
• Set a reminder and classification options for specified files!
Okay so you have edited a PDF but you need to remember to check something in the office before you send it! This is easy with WritePDF, just two taps and it also seamlessly integrates with your calendar so you never forget to follow up on what ever reminder you have set for that file!
• Print to non AirPrint printer or even remotely over 3G/4G
What if you need to print your PDF in the office? Not many offices have AirPrint printers so with the other apps you would be stuck! Not with WritePDF, it enables you to print direclty to the vast majority of wireless printers or even remotely over 3G/4G

When other Apps don't provide the features I need for saving or printing copies of emails, attachments, or other documents, I always turn to WritePDF.

Love this app. Makes doing business away from the office worry free. Easy to use and understand. It's the only app I need to deal with forwarding email attachments in part or in full. Easier than even my desktop software. One of the top apps for performance results.
